Our Mission

We are committed to developing technology and methods that will allow us to recycle the waste streams of modern life into products that allow our soils to thrive and provide maximum productivity. By doing so we can reduce the use of fossil fuels, synthetic fertilizers and other “chemicals of convenience” that have damaged our soil, water, and air.

Ken talking our director2

Skolex Biotechnologies is a young company with a big vision and the talent to realize it.

For thousands of years earthworm activity has interested and fascinated those who worked the land and appreciated its significance to society. Notable individuals include Cleopatra who forbid interference with these creatures, and Charles Darwin who noted how underappreciated these creatures were in the maintenance of soils.

Through the use of advanced materials and modern science and engineering principles we are able to efficiently harness and employ the capabilities of earthworms to solve our waste issues and repair the nutrient imbalances we have created in our environment.

We are committed to a sustainable future and dedicated to the development of technology that will allow us to do so.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kenneth Hughes
